These pics show how rusty the bulkhead actually is. I removed the heater assembly to find it was harbouring a hole behind it. The main bulkhead where the screen covers it is rotten. I don't yet know if I'm going to be able to re-use this bulkhead, I will know for sure when it's off the chassis and totally striped down.
